Happisburgh Lighthouse
This was taken as lockdown eased. I arrived at sunset with nearly full cloud cover hoping that the forcast of clear skies would reveal the milky way core.
Happisburgh is the only independently operated lighthouse in Great Britain, and the oldest working lighthouse in East Anglia - standing proud on the Norfolk coast since 1790.
Taken with my Nikon D850 and professionally printed in carbon neutral lab in London (additionally for every print bought I donate £5 to the Woodland Trust to help offset any delivery impact). I have chosen to print on Hahnemühle German Etching, which has a warm base tone and a mottled texture. German Etching is a heavy weight Giclée art printing paper at 310 gsm.
